A time to talk
A problem shared is a problem halved…
Finding out that you, or someone you care about has cancer can be a shock, even if you’d been expecting the news. You’ll experience a range of feelings, or perhaps feel numb, and a sense of disbelief. It can take time for you to absorb the news.
You are not meant to endure cancer alone. Cancer is hard, but it doesn’t have to be lonely.
“A Time to Talk” is a program for both patients and carers to have one on one support to talk about any concerns, frustrations, anxieties or fears you have, and can refer you to a psychologist if needed.
