Ballarat Health Services Mental Health Services is a recovery-orientated mental health service that provides a comprehensive range of internationally recognised, evidence-based and "best practice" treatments to clients and their families. Our services are open to people of all ages who have, or are at risk of developing, mental health problems.
Anyone can contact Mental Health Services if they are worried about their own changes in mood, ideas or behaviour, or someone else living in the region.

Self Advocacy Tool

Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) have a self advocacy tool, for consumers to use to develop their own self advocacy plan in relation to their treatment and recovery. The tool allows consumers to develop their own plan that they can print and/or email it to themselves. This assists consumers to exercise their rights in relation to their mental health treatment and recovery.
