TENECTEPLASE SHORTAGE

Due to a critical stock shortage, tenecteplase will not available to use within Grampians Health Ballarat until further notice.

ALTEPLASE MUST BE USED INSTEAD.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION OF ALTEPLASE IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH INDICATION (ISCHAEMIC STROKE, PULMONARY EMBOLISM AND STEMI).
