The Exercise Therapy Department offers a range of services designed to:

• Improve physical fitness
• Maximise physical abilities
• Optimise functional independence
• Improve general health and well being

The program is staffed by exercise physiologists and fitness leaders who assess, design, deliver, monitor and evaluate gym, pool, and home based exercise programs for older adults, people with chronic conditions, people who are recovering from surgery and accident or injury in both individual and group settings as appropriate.
